90-Day Madrid Trial Stay
Imagine moving to Spain – but you actually know what daily life feels like from a tourist’s point of view. You’ve never experienced daily life outside of a vacation, and you can see yourself living here. Our 90-Day Madrid Trial Stay bridges that gap. You’ll experience authentic Spanish living – exploring neighborhoods, navigating markets, and working remotely – all while guided by a team that’s been in your shoes. Experience real life in Madrid – no visa required, no stress, just explore, discover, and learn to better understand if the city is right for you.
You’ll get:
- Personalized neighborhood scouting & housing guidance
- Weekly in-person or virtual check-ins
- Orientation tour to learn Madrid’s layout, metro, and local tips
- Cultural and social recommendations
- Bilingual support for daily life questions
Why it matters:Â You’ll return home with clarity – knowing exactly what to expect if you decide to relocate permanently.
Real experience beats endless online research. Test-drive your Spanish life first – with guidance that’s Serg Approved.Â
Digital Nomad Visa & Residency Support - From Tourist to Resident, the Right Way
Spain’s Nomad Digital Visa offers U.S. citizens and remote professionals the chance to live and work abroad – but the process can feel overwhelming. We simplify it! From document preparation to submission, our bilingual guidance keeps your visa journey smooth and mistake-free.
You’ll get:
- Personal eligibility assessment (based on your work or freelance status)
- Document prep & translation guidance
- Step-by-step submission support
- Health insurance, financial proof, and apostille assistance

- Long-term residency planning
Why it matters:Â Spanish bureaucracy is famously slow – one missing document can delay your approval for months. We make sure your application is complete, clear, and correct the first time.
Skip the confusion. Get it right the first time – with someone who’s done it themselves. Â
Housing & Neighborhood Assistance - Find the Right Home, Not Just an Apartment
One of the hardest, if NOT the hardest items to check off your list is finding a home in Madrid, and it isn’t just about location – it’s about lifestyle. We help you understand the “feel” of each neighborhood so you can choose a place that fits your rhythm, values, and budget. Whether you prefer family-friendly Retiro, trendy Malasaña, or the peaceful suburbs of Pozuelo, we’ve got insider knowledge that saves you stress (and scams). Find trusted rentals, compare areas, and avoid scams.
You’ll get:
- Trusted housing recommendations & verified rental leads
- Guidance reviewing leases & contracts
- Help understanding local rental customs and deposit
- Area comparisons based on schools, transport, and safety
- Bilingual support for daily life questions
- Short-term stay coordination for 30-90 days
Why it matters:Â Avoid the expensive trial-and-error most expats face. We help you secure housing that matches your lifestyle – not just your price range.Â
We don’t just find you a place to stay – we help you find your place to belong.Â
Cultural Integration & Community Coaching - Feel at Home Faster
You can’t truly relocate without integrating – and you can’t integrate without connection. Our Cultural Integration & Community Coaching helps you navigate daily life, understand Spanish customs, and find local communities that make Madrid feel like home. We teach you more than “how things work” – we show you how people live. From grocery stores and siesta hours to local slang and festivals, we help you adapt naturally.
You’ll get:
- Local event and meetup recommendations
- Introductions to expat and language exchange groups
- Cultural introduction with etiquette, greetings, and key phrases
- Tips for navigating Spanish bureaucracy with confidence
- Bilingual support for daily questions
- Optional – language practice sessions with a third-party
Why it matters:Â Integration is the difference between visiting Spain and truly living here. We’ll help you cross that bridge with ease and understanding.
Connection creates confidence – and confidence makes Madrid feel like home.Â
Budget & Lifestyle Planning - Real Numbers for Real Life
Dreaming about Spain is easy – planning for it takes strategy. It’s important to fully understand taxes for both the U.S. and Spain, folks! Our Budget & Lifestyle Planning service gives you a clear, accurate view of what it really costs to live comfortably in Madrid. We help you plan smarter so you can focus on experiences, not unexpected expenses.
You’ll get:
- Custom 90-day budget projection
- Cost comparisons (Madrid vs. other Spanish cities)
- Real-life price ranges for housing, food, transit, and healthcare
- Tips for navigating Spanish bureaucracy with confidence
- Bilingual support for daily questions
- Money-saving tips and insider advice on Spanish banking
Why it matters: Many Americans underestimate Spain’s hidden costs – or overestimate what they’ll spend. We help you find the balance between comfort and smart budgeting.
Know before you go – so your Madrid dream stays stress-free and sustainable.
Ongoing & Family Support - While You Grow
Relocating as a family means more moving parts – and more questions. We help couples and families adjust smoothly by offering emotional, cultural, and logistical guidance as everyone settles into their new routines.
You’ll get:
- Family adjustment coaching (communication + expectations)
- School research and enrollment help
- Tips for managing culture shock in kids
- Tips for navigating Spanish bureaucracy with confidence
- Bilingual support for daily questions
- Money-saving tips and insider advice on Spanish banking
- Bilingual parent-community introductions (optional)
- Optional follow-up sessions after your stay
Why it matters:Â Moving abroad is a family adventure – not just a parent’s decision. We make sure everyone feels seen, supported, and excited.Â
Your family’s comfort is as important as your dream.
