4. Additional Fees & Third-Party Costs
All service packages from It’s Serg Approved do not include the following costs:

- Any fees incurred due to missed appointments, rescheduling, or incomplete paperwork.
- Costs from private insurance, notaries, housing agencies, or travel services.
We help clients prepare these requirements; however, such costs must be paid directly by the client to the relevant entity.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete personal, legal, and financial information for all forms and processes. They are responsible for:

- Staying informed about all deadlines and requirements communicated to them.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or false information may lead to delays or denials by Spanish or U.S. authorities. It’s Serg Approved cannot be held liable for these outcomes.

7. Refunds, Rescheduling & Service Limitations
Once we begin your consultation or relocation service, the fee is non-refundable.
In cases of scheduling conflicts, clients may request a reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If unforeseen events (such as local strikes, delays, or travel restrictions) affect service delivery, It’s Serg Approved will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt services. However, we cannot be held responsible for external factors beyond our control.
